About the Coaching Approach
My sessions go far beyond scales and scripts - they’re about transforming talented individuals into unforgettable performers.
As a Berklee-trained vocalist and seasoned industry performer, I’ve spent my career on both sides of the stage - performing, booking, and mentoring some of today’s most accomplished artists. I bring that same real-world experience into every session, blending technical mastery with artistry, confidence, and the kind of stage presence that gets noticed.
Each lesson is a deep dive into both craft and mindset - helping students not only master their performance, but also understand how to perform at a professional level.
I prepare students for:

• Broadway and theatre auditions requiring advanced vocal and acting integration
• Professional recording sessions and live stage work, from first takes to sold-out shows

Lesson Offerings
Nicki’s coaching is designed for students ages 5 and up, from rising young performers to seasoned professionals preparing for their next major role or TV appearance. Each lesson blends technical mastery with professional-level performance training — helping every student build the confidence, presence, and artistry needed to stand out.
Voice Coaching
Discover your signature sound while building the strength, control, and range to perform with clarity and power. Lessons focus on vocal technique, breath support, tone shaping, and musical interpretation - while weaving in stage presence and storytelling to create dynamic, captivating performances.
Acting Coaching
Develop the craft and confidence to bring characters and stories to life - whether for stage, screen, or musical theatre. Sessions emphasize emotional authenticity, scene work, audition preparation, and on-camera readiness. Every student learns to perform with truth, precision, and artistry.
